Company ProfileWe are specialized in the production of SMD boards.Founded 1988 in Lindau, it was always our main target to adapt placement performance to the market needs. In 1994 we moved to Sigmarszell in order to create the preconditions for a continuous development. At present, we achieve a mounting performance of approx. 14 million components per month. The size of the production series is of minor importance. We would be pleased to produce sample piece numbers, but of course we are also in the position to cover your series needs, due to our modern SMD high-performance automatic mounting machine (four lines with seven insertion machines). With our screen printers we produce printed circuit boards with Fine-Pitch and BGA placement. After extension of our production lines with roll-to-roll units we are pleased to offer printing of flexible circuits in an endless format and with oversize. Printing of flexible materials on panels is another option within our range of manufacturing. With reference to soldering we can offer all common procedures such as convection soldering, infrared soldering, vapour phase-soldering as well as selective and wave soldering. The electronic devices produced are controlled and thoroughly checked by the means of the latest VISCOM visual inspection machine. In order to ensure the quality standard, production takes place in fully air-conditioned rooms. We can undertake total materials procurement. Due to our extensive stock we are able to deliver at short notice and to specific deadlines. We offer our clients the option to partly or fully provide own materials. As all working processes are realized in-house on the latest machines and installations, a constant control and surveillance of every sequence of work operations flow is guaranteed. This ensures a delivery of quality checked products in time.
